I am a qualified Teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. I have recently completed my Honours in Education.
My passion lies in empowering students with the knowledge and skills they need to excel on their academic journey.
With extensive teaching experience, my greatest strength is creating engaging and dynamic learning environments that cater to students of all academic levels. I firmly believe in personalised teaching methods, as the one of my greatest lessons in the Classroom, has to be the learning that no two student’s are created alike!
I am committed to not only enhancing academic success but also equipping students with the critical thinking and communication skills necessary for the real world. My lessons are often grounded on topics that the student is interested in. I have found that Anime, Disney, Comics and the ilk, are all wonderful Classroom tools that aid with information retention.

Ms. McKayla is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She teaches History, Afrikaans, English, Hospitality, and Business – and she somehow manages to make every single subject interesting and easy to follow. I really appreciate how clearly she explains things and how patient she is when we don’t understand something right away.
What I really like about her is that she genuinely cares about her students. She always encourages us to do our best and is there to support us when we’re struggling, whether it’s with schoolwork or just having a bad day. Her classes are never boring, and she always brings such a positive energy into the classroom.
I’ve learned so much from her, not just in terms of academics, but also about being confident and pushing myself to improve. I’m really grateful to have her as my teacher.
